Refund policy

RETURNS

Perfec’Shot is 100% committed to you, our customer. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 45 days of the ship date. No questions asked!

  • Email orders@perfecshot.com with your name, order number, and purchase date to receive your return authorization. If the item you purchased is defective or it was damaged during shipment, we’ll issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping and may ship the item back to us using a carrier of your choice. If possible, please return the item in the original packaging.

  • If you believe your item was damaged during shipment, we ask that you contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to quickly resolve this issue.

  • We do not accept any returns after 45 days from the ship date.

  • To cancel an order, please contact Perfec’Shot as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll immediately refund your payment. If the order has shipped, we’ll refund your payment as soon as we receive the item and process your return. Please note that, in this instance, the returned item must be undamaged in order for you to receive a full refund.

  • We want each customer to experience the benefits of using our product. With this in mind, we’ll offer a free replacement item for each qualifying return. If this isn’t satisfactory, we’ll of course offer a full refund of the purchase price or even store credit for that amount.

  • An email confirmation will be sent to you once we’ve received the item and processed the return.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at orders@perfecshot.com.
GIFTS
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your return.
