Getting started

  • Downloading the app: Get Perfec'Shot Performance Tracker from the App Store.
  • Creating an account: Open the app and sign up with your email to create your account. You will use this to sign in across devices.
  • Redeeming an access code: If your Basic access came with a ONE and ALIGN bundle, choose "Redeem access code" during setup and enter the code from your purchase. This unlocks Basic for the player profile you are setting up.
  • Setting up a player: During onboarding you will create a player profile including name, age, and a few training preferences. Note: the 3-point tracking toggle is permanent once enabled. Only turn it on when the player is genuinely ready to work on their range. You can add more players to your account at any time.

Account & billing

  • Purchases made in the app: Basic, Elite, and video analysis add-ons are bought through your Apple Account. Manage or cancel a subscription anytime in iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles in-app billing, so plan changes, cancellations, and receipts all live there. Video analysis add-ons are one-time purchases (analysis credits), not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
  • Basic via an access code (ONE and ALIGN bundle): Once redeemed, your access is tied to your account. There is no separate billing to manage.
  • Elite purchased on our website: If you subscribed to Elite at perfecshot.com/elite instead of in the app, manage that subscription from your account on our website, or email us and we will help.
  • Refunds & billing questions: For in-app purchases, Apple is the merchant of record. View receipts or request a refund through Apple. For website Elite billing, email support@perfecshot.com with the date and amount and we will sort it out.

Deleting a player profile: You can delete an individual player profile from that player's profile settings. This permanently removes all session history, badges, and associated data for that player and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account: You can delete your entire account and all associated data from Profile, then Delete Account. This removes all player profiles, session history, and uploaded videos, cancels any active subscription, and cannot be undone.

App features

  • Shot tracking: Log a shooting session by recording makes and attempts by area. Your stats and trends update as you train, and your daily challenge adapts to your recent performance.
  • Weekly workout plan: Your plan is generated around your selected training days and session length, and progresses as you advance through phases. Tap My Workout Plan in the Track tab to generate your plan for the week before you start tracking.
  • Game Performance Assessment (GPA): Elite subscribers receive a cumulative GPA and individual scores per shooting area, reflecting both the volume and quality of your work. Check it in the Analytics tab.
  • Video analysis: On eligible plans, submit a shooting video from the Video Analysis tab for coach feedback. You will be notified by email when your review is ready.
  • Switching between players: If you manage more than one player, switch the active profile from the profile selector in the Profile area. Stats, plans, and subscriptions are tracked separately per player.

Technical issues

A few common ones:

  • Can't log in: Make sure you are using the email you signed up with and use password reset if needed. If you recently changed devices, sign in again to resync.
  • Video won't upload: Check your internet connection and make sure the app has the latest update. Videos upload faster on Wi-Fi. Keep your video to 60 seconds or less, which gives enough time to capture a couple of shooting reps. For best results, position the camera about 12 feet away at a 45-degree angle to your side. This angle lets us see both the front and side of your form at the same time.
  • Video feedback not received: Reviews are typically delivered within 72 hours. If it has been longer, check your spam folder for the notification email, then contact us with your account email and the date of upload.
  • Not getting notifications: Confirm notifications are enabled for Perfec'Shot in iOS Settings, then Notifications.
